Primary Purpose of this Partnership Agreement:

To form a partnership that offers organizations, businesses, and individuals offering products or services to seniors and their caregivers opportunities to interact with Sosopworld Inc. and their over 36 programs, plus working together on fundraising projects.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

The organization, company or individual agrees to pay a yearly fee for connecting to all 36 programs.

Monthly Fee: $25.00 + Tax per month total $300.00

Yearly Fee:     $250.00 + Tax (Two Months Free)

FUNDING PROJECTS

How costs will be shared among the partners: All partnership fundraising projects will involve all parties working together and the profits (after expenses) will be split 75/25.

Note: 75% goes Sosopworld Inc. and 25% will be shared among all fundraising partners.

Note: Sosopworld Inc. and the partners will sell merchandise such as: books, caps, T-shirts etc. and the profits (after expenses) will be split 75/25.

Who will maintain accounting for partnership profits? The Sosopworld Inc. accounting department will work with the partner’s accounting department on all fundraising projects.

Dissolving the Partnership

Cancelling (exit) from this Partnership Agreement: This agreement can be cancelled at any time by either party upon Two (2) weeks written notice. 

Attention:

The yearly Partnership Agreement fee quote of $250.00 is just an introduction fee for early partners. This fee of $250.00 will be in effect for 0ne (1) year starting on day one of our launch. A new Partnership Agreement fee will be applied one (1) year  after our launch.

All partnerships, Investors, advertisers, affiliates, and sponsors will be required to create an up to three minute video.

 1) The “Do’s” are:

1. A) Video’s should not exceed one (1) minute.
2. B) Make it personal, just like you’re talking one-to one to the Sosopworld Membership.
3. C) Tell them how you will represent them when dealing with the suppliers of the products and services.

 2) The “Don’ts” are:

1. A) No inappropriate language. (List provided)
2. B) No promoting of products.
3. C) No promoting of Politics or Religion

All videos must be approved by Sosopworld Inc. management before being published.
